2 days to understand permaculture:
» Permaculture is the science and art of managing human ecosystems. It can be implemented anywhere, on the scale of an apartment or a city, a vegetable garden or a farm… And it’s accessible to everyone. It’s an art that aims to create ethical, sustainable and robust human ecosystems that integrate harmoniously with natural systems. » Steve Read
During these two days, we’ll discover the origins of permaculture, its definitions and its application mainly in the garden, but also in our lifestyles.
A wide range of topics will be covered, including soil fertility, water management, plants (vegetables, perennials, trees, wild plants…), associations, sowing, biodiversity, starting a vegetable garden… Everything you need to learn about natural gardening.
We’ll also look at how to design a garden, or any other space, using the tool of « design », one of the central elements of permaculture.
Theoretical lessons are alternated with practical exercises in the garden, adapted according to the season.
