2 days to understand permaculture:
» Permaculture is the science and art of managing human ecosystems. It can be implemented anywhere, on the scale of an apartment or a city, a vegetable garden or a farm… And it’s accessible to everyone. It’s an art that aims to create ethical, sustainable and robust human ecosystems that integrate harmoniously with natural systems. » Steve Read
During these two days, discover the origins of permaculture, its definitions and its application mainly in the garden, but also in our lifestyles.
A wide range of topics will be covered, including soil fertility, water management, plants (vegetables, perennials, trees, wild plants…), associations, sowing, biodiversity, starting a vegetable garden… Everything you need to learn about natural gardening.
We’ll also look at how to design a garden, or any other space, using the tool of « design ». Design is one of the central elements of permaculture and the living soil vegetable garden.
Theoretical lessons are alternated with practical exercises in the garden, adapted according to the season.
