Theoretical content for understanding the garden
Permaculture works! But it doesn’t work on its own… Agronomy is a science that is over 10,000 years old. The idea of permaculture is not to oppose agronomy, but to build on it to create productive systems that respect the environment.
During this course, we’ll highlight some of the processes common to all vegetable gardens. Soil fertility management! The fundamental point that makes « it grows or it doesn’t grow ».
Practice-oriented training
During these 2 days, you’ll have the chance to get my hands in the soil! Depending on the season, you’ll have the chance to sow, plant, take cuttings, see how to maintain a compost or a pond in the garden.
A workshop on seed production, recovery and sorting seeds is also planned.
Slug-free lettuces!
Permaculture, the art of working « with » and not « against » nature
During this course, we’ll show you how to create a favorable ecosystem for your crops.
By welcoming slug predators, you won’t have fewer slugs, but you will have fewer slug problems 😉
We look forward to seeing you at the next permaculture training sessions in Geneva in 2025!
